We analyzed canonical correlations between neuroendocrine parameters, one hand, other hand. Materials Methods. Experiment was performed 58 female Wistar rats 240-290 g. HRV major adaptation hormones, metabolism immunity were recorded. Results. The method correlation analysis revealed causal relationships organism. degree determination individual sets ranges from 60% to 92%, status 87% 96,5%. Conclusion.
